I absolutely 100% ship Vera/Charles/Ruth. Especially if you go with the movie ending where they manage to do him in as well. This was not at all helped by the latest production I saw where, after the accident, the first thing Ruth does is throw Vera over the back of a chair and spanks her. I just...I completely love the idea of Vera as the eternal and petulant child bride with her two older lovers.Possibly with a healthy dose of Mommy & Daddy kink thrown in.
